Tello Jewelers stands behind every item we sell both in store and online and we want you to experience 100% satisfaction in your every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and as long as it is in resalable condition you may return it for a full refund, exchange or in store credit with no questions asked. Our 14-day return policy gives you plenty of time to gather opinions from friends and family about your purchase and make sure you are happy. Many jewelry stores charge a restocking fee for returns but at Tello Jewelers we will not charge you a dime. For long distance returns please follow the instructions below: 

  • Please contact our Customer Service at 1-888-777-2122.
  • Advise us that you wish to return your order and the reason for the return.
  • Within one business day of your phone call we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
  • Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and simply mail it back to us! If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you.
  • Your order should arrive in our office in two business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
  • All refunds will be processed within two weeks and done in the form of the original purchase method.  

Lifetime Warranty

At Tello Jewelers we offer lifetime warranty on all our pieces through our complimentary lifetime cleaning and inspection program. Every time you bring or ship your jewelry to us for cleaning and inspection you will receive an extended one year warranty. This includes us covering all shipping costs! We highly recommend that you have your diamonds and jewelry cleaned, polished and inspected at the minimum every six months for the life of your jewelry. We do not take responsibility for jewelry that may be damaged when cleaned at other facilities but by allowing us to clean and thoroughly inspect your pieces within one year every year continuously you will have a lifetime warranty with us. This policy does not exclude jewelry you may have bought elsewhere. We take responsibility in our inspections and repairs so if we have worked on your jewelry we are happy to accommodate our customers by applying the same policy. Free Shipping

Tello Jewelers provides free shipping to all our U.S / CAN shipping destinations.  In addition to free shipping, rest confident that all items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.

For best delivery, we use FedEx 3-5 day shipping for all our items. Overnight shipping is available at and additional cost contingent upon the price of the item being delivered and insurance that is needed.  

To protect our customers Tello Jewelers:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Uses only FedEx services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.
  • Requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only.
  • Does not mail to PO Box addresses.
  • Requires adult signees for all packages.

Our Terms and Conditions

Packages shipped beyond the 14-Day policy, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted at Tello Jewelers. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in resalable condition to be acceptable for refund and exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by another jeweler will not be considered. All diamond jewelry must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading reports and certificates or a $100 charge will be applied. Custom Design orders are not returnable but can be exchanged or replaced with an in store credit.
